The Russian Grain Union under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Federal Tariff Service of Russia, the Administration of Krasnodar Territory on June 06 – 09, 2012 holds the XIII International Grain Round “Grain market – yesterday, today, tomorrow” in “Kempinski Grand Hotel Gelendzhik 5*”, Gelendzhik, Russia.
In the event’s frameworks the problems of global food security provision have been covered as well as volatility in grain prices, implementation of agricultural potential of the Black Sea, analysis of infrastructure capacity of the Far Eastern grain corridor and other issues.

01.12.2011 II International Grain Trade Conference "Asia - Russia", February 21-23, 2012, Singapore
On the threshold of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit and under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Federal Tariff Service of Russia the Russian Grain Union together with “Sojitz Corp.” (Japan) on February 21 – 23, 2012 hold the II International Grain Trade Conference “Asia – Russia” in “Shangri-La Hotel Singapore 5*”, Singapore.
The Conference was visited by 200 representatives from 19 countries including Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, USA, Great Britain, Switzerland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Turkey, Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, Tunisia, Algeria, Japan and other countries.

25.10.2011 International Grain Forum “World grain market – prospects, challenges, risks, threats”, December 7, 2011, Moscow
On December 7, 2011 the International Grain Forum “World grain market – prospects, challenges, risks, threats” will take place in Moscow, “The Renaissance Moscow Hotel 4*”. The Forum is held on the threshold of the 34 Session of the International Grains Council that this year is organized in Russia – the country which representative is the Chairman of the International Grains Council, and is the key event of the world grain market where 54 delegates of each IGC member country take part. 400 participants from 26 countries worldwide are expected to come. The IGF organizational committee includes the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. In accordance with the decision of the IGF organizational committee, organizational and technical provision of the event is held by the Russian Grain Union.

Representatives of the Russian Grain Union took part in annual MENA Grains Summit 2011,that was held on September 26-27 in Istanbul, Turkey. In the frameworks of the event's round tables there was the position of the Russian Grain Union expressed on issues concerning grain consumption trends, trajectories and new frontiers and the grain export market expansion.

Head of Grain Silos and Flour Mills Organization of Saudi Arabia Mr Eng. Waleed Abdulkarim Al-Khraiji has confirmed preliminary participation and report at the VI International Grain Trading Conference "Global and Middle East Grain Outlook 2011". Grain Silos and Flour Mills Organization of Saudi Arabia is engaged in the import of wheat to the domestic market and all other matters related to wheat. The company participates in public tenders.
In the Conference took part 312 representatives from 19 countries including Russia, USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Syria, Egypt, Singapore, as well as Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
